Once the customer makes the reservation through our website, entering personal data and credit card details, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your reservation.
A. PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE AND RESERVATIONS:
Payment of the invoice will be made in the office before the delivery of the keys, by credit card or cash.
- Long Stays: For stays longer than 7 nights, we apply an 8% discount. These reservations, due to their special status, have an immediate 30% charge and are non-refundable. The remainder will be paid on arrival, or as negotiated with the client.
B. CHANGE OF DATES OF STAY:
If the client wishes to change the dates of his reservation, he must inform Kasa25 by e-mail. In case of availability on other dates, the change will be made automatically. If there is no availability on the new dates chosen by the client and the latter decides to cancel the reservation, the cancellation conditions will be applied.
C. CANCELLATIONS OF THE RESERVATION:
The customer can cancel without charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or' no show' you will be charged the amount of the first night to the credit card provided during the booking process, except for offers that have their own conditions:
The client can cancel up to 7 days before the arrival WITHOUT CHARGE (during the booking process will be charged 30% of the total and in case of cancellation within 7 days before your arrival, the amount will be fully refunded).
Rate for more than 7 days with an 8% of discount. The 30% of the advance payment for this rate is NOT REIMBURSABLE.
If you cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date, the remaining 70% will be refunded. In case of the cancellation period is NOT met (7 days before the arrival), the entire stay will be billed.

* Kasa25 reserves the right, for reasons of force majeure (fire, flooding, theft...) to change the apartment reserved by the client for another of equal or superior category.
D. IDENTITY OF THE GUESTS:
The client must communicate to Kasa25 the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and therefore only these people can use it depending on the maximum capacity of each apartment. The client will provide his name, telephone number and e-mail address when making the reservation. Kasa25 reserves the right to request the same information about other occupants if necessary.
E. EQUIPMENT / SUPPLIES / CLEANING:
All water, electricity and gas supplies are included in the price of the apartment. A complete set of sheets and towels is available. Also included in the price of the apartment is a cleaning on departure, as well as a free weekly cleaning for stays of 7 or more nights.
Kasa25 provides the customer with an additional low-cost cleaning service.
Kasa25 is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use made by the client during his stay in the apartment, including damages, injuries, loss by theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client's stay in the apartment there was a breakdown beyond the client's control and made it impossible for him/her to stay in the apartment, Kasa25 will take care of repairing it as soon as possible, after notification by the client. If for some reason the problem cannot be fixed immediately, Kasa25 will look for another apartment with the same characteristics.
G. BEHAVIOUR OF THE LAWN:
The client and his companions must behave in a civic way, respecting the norms of coexistence demanded by the community. In the event that the general rules of cohabitation are not complied with, Kasa25 will have the right to demand the eviction of the apartment without compensation.
